I'm using the emulato you uploaded and recommended, the game runs but in some parts its VERY FAST and in other its normal, sometimes it gets slow

You need a ePSXe emulator to play all crash bandicoot games.

ePSXe works for me, plugins and bios you needed is available in VG Emulation for the newbies
